How do I make a Payment?

You can make a payment through our website with your online account. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/debit card or call the manager to make a credit/debit card payment over the phone.

How far in advance can I reserve a Unit? 

We do not reserve units. Our units are on a first come first serve basis. The day you rent is the day your lease begins. 

Do I have to sign a lease or can I rent a unit on a month-to-month basis?
Our leases are on a month to month basis and do require a signature upon renting. 

What notice do you require before I move out? 

We require a 10 day advanced notice of move out to avoid charges for the next months rent.  Please call the office on the day you clean out, sweep out and remove your personal lock from your unit. Keep in mind, we prorate going in but DO NOT prorate moving out. If you have recurring billing your payment will be automatically taken from your account on the 1st of every month.  Upon notification of move out the automatic billing will be stopped once the unit is vacant, swept clean and lock is removed.

What are the days and hours that I may access my storage unit? 

5am to 11pm - 7 days a week

Do you require insurance on the contents of my storage unit? 

Our Lease Agreement asks that all tenants have valid insurance on their stored contents.  Tenants store at their own risk. 

What information do I need to provide so that I may rent a storage unit? 

Email address, Driver’s License number, mobile number and valid mailing address

How can I rent a storage unit? 

You may rent a unit or units online at or by calling the manager at 770-830-7054.

Will I receive a monthly "bill"? 

You will only receive a monthly invoice by e-mail or by text.  For a minimal Fee, we will send a hard copy invoice by mail if you request this option. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept  Visa, 
Master Card, Discover, American Express and ACH payments (Automatic Draft) . 

When is my rental fee due? 

Rent is due the 1st of every month. After the 7th it is considered late and a late fee will be applied, gate access will be denied and unit will be over locked. If your payment is not received by the 30th, Pre-lien process may begin. This may include fees up to $225 up until the completion of Auction. 

Do I need to provide my own lock? 

NO. We provide a complimentary brand new Disc-Lock for your storage unit at the time of rental.  It will be waiting for you in your unit after you complete the rental process of your unit.
What if I or one of my guests damages my unit or another building or fixture on the property? 

We have security cameras on site and any damages that might occur must be reported to the manager at (770) 830-7054.  If you or your guest damage the property, you are responsible for repair cost.

What if I forget my Gate Code? 

If you have access to our online site and login to your account, your code is provided there, if you do not have access you may call the office. 

Is the facility Gated? 

Yes, with keypad access entry.
